The records consist of manuals, a technical order (TO) manual, Missile Alert Kitchen menu, news clipping, print of the poem "Missileer" by Captain Robert A. Wyckoff, and photographs. The manuals were left in the Oscar Zero facility when it was closed in 1997. Most of the materials are in three ring binders and came from the Facilities Manager's room and the Security room. Information in the manuals ranges from operation of the facility to owner's manual for kitchen appliances.
